Theydon_Bois (19737) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2017
Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 21/04/17. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, straw, earthy hop dusting, melon, peach, bready vibes. Taste comprises light spice, citric tinged straw, big mineral bite, tangerine, pityh citric shreds, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dyring close doused with earthy hop bitterness. Overly mineral and a touch harsh in places .... lacks balance and cohesion for me.
