This is probably the sweetest Brazilian malzbier I’ve had yet. Very black, little head. This is super sweet but okay I guess. Sevenlee (1846) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - NOV 12, 2012
Pours totally black with a short-lived brown head. Aroma is sweet malt, grass and syrup. Taste is very very sweet malt, syrup and light grass with a very sweet finish. Oh these Brazilian malzbiers are terrible! fullers (269) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 11, 2010
Bottle Baran, Rio Vermelho, Salvador. Pours Choclate brown with small beige head. Powerful sweet malt aroma. Exceedingly sweet caramel taste, low carbonation. Looks and smells fine but almost undrinkable. SudsMcDuff (8383) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - MAR 16, 2010

Pours dark brown with a beige head. Weak caramel aroma. Taste is watery, grany and caramel. Very sweet altacyr (144) - Campinas, BRAZIL - DEC 7, 2008
Tal como a versão da Brahma, sobra açúcar e caramelo... Enjoativa, quase uma sobremesa. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 8, 2008
12oz bottle-pours a rich light brown head and black color with red tint. Aroma is mild dark malt-slight molasses, some fruit, nice. Taste is fruit, cola-like syrupy-sugar cane, sweet dark malt, hint of hops. A malt bomb. Soft carbonation which doesn’t break up the sweetness quite enough. Interesting, nice. Aggie80 (818) - Michigan, USA - MAY 31, 2008
For what it is, it was pretty good. Very dark pour that wafted the sweet aroma of malt to the nose. Strong head and lacing, the sweetness was pretty overpowering. austone (1062) - Turku; Pori, FINLAND - MAR 6, 2008
Black with light brown head. Nose is metallic with some ryemalt, syrupy. Flavor is almost undrinkably sweet and syrupy. Finishes a little drier with a hint of sweetened coffee, bitterness and roasted malts, still has that metallic tinge. Light to medium bodied, cola-like carbonation and overall feel.
