UPDATED: JUN 8, 2004 Bottled. Very black with rich, majestic beige head. Sweet roasty aroma. Honey dominates, but it is totally, extremely overwhelmingly sweet. Cloying and syrupy to the point that it is hard to swallow. A slight hint of bread shines through the layers of molasses and syrup in the finish. Bov (13004) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 13, 2000

12oz bottle-pours a rich light brown head and black color with red tint. Aroma is mild dark malt-slight molasses, some fruit, nice. Taste is fruit, cola-like syrupy-sugar cane, sweet dark malt, hint of hops. A malt bomb. Soft carbonation which doesn’t break up the sweetness quite enough. Interesting, nice. This is probably the sweetest Brazilian malzbier I’ve had yet. Very black, little head. This is super sweet but okay I guess.

Bottle. Dark color with a tiny beige head, almos nothing and disappear quickly. Aroma of toasted malt but too weak, flavor is like caramel ou pour sugar, too sweet. No bitterness at all!
Cerveja escura com uma espuma quase insignificante e que desaparece muito rápido. Aroma de malt torrado mas muito fraco, sabor doce em demasia, praticamente caramelo e puro açúcar. Nenhum toque amargo foi percebido! Sevenlee (1846) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - NOV 12, 2012
Pours totally black with a short-lived brown head. Aroma is sweet malt, grass and syrup. Taste is very very sweet malt, syrup and light grass with a very sweet finish. Oh these Brazilian malzbiers are terrible! Kaya161 (1139) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 4, 2004
Almost black colour with a tan head. Sweet makty aroma, and extreneky sweet malt, sugary flavour. Kind of like a milk stout to the extreme. Interesting style. austone (1062) - Turku; Pori, FINLAND - MAR 6, 2008
Black with light brown head. Nose is metallic with some ryemalt, syrupy. Flavor is almost undrinkably sweet and syrupy. Finishes a little drier with a hint of sweetened coffee, bitterness and roasted malts, still has that metallic tinge. Light to medium bodied, cola-like carbonation and overall feel. mauroruellas (885) - GETULINA, BRAZIL - DEC 25, 2015
Tipica malzbier,coloração escura,carbonatação média,creme razoável,aroma quase nulo,sabor um pouco exagerado de caramelo,não é a pior nem a melhor no estilo.
