For some reason, this is marketed as a premium beer, at a premium price point. Its lousier than regular Antarctica. Straw colour with a frothy head. Aroma is quite grainy. Has some sourness up front, giving way to graininess and finally some sweet malts show up. Just a notch above total awful status. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

Big bottles served in galvanized metal tubs of ice at some various in Rio. Hard to discriminate here-- a fairly shitty pale lager served extra-cold to help mask the shitiness. SudsMcDuff (8429) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JAN 4, 2010

Bottled 600ml. -from the bottle somewhere in Sao Paulo. Sweetish malty, grainy and slight watery with touch of hops. Short finish. Better than other macros but not much.

Much better than the Pilsen, this at least has some crispness in the finish. Otherwise, still very plain. Arve_Christian (5144) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 4, 2014
On bottle in Sao Paulo. GOlden color, good foam. Aromas of boiled vegetables, light hops. Light body & complexity. Good bitterness. A notch above the rest of the Brazilian macros JohnRMurdoch (4876) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 29, 2010
600ml bottle in Alta Floresta, Brazil. Dry hoppy aroma & Flavour. Pale golden yellow colour. Not a bad lager. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - MAY 16, 2005
Beer #1 Brazil trip. Hit the spot after a hot, long day, with a nice breeze coming off the porch. Aroma faintly of adjunct malts. Flavor matched, more body than expected, faint hop bitterness. Rating probably affected by the beer being perfect in its surroundings. Emeister84 (2505) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - JAN 3, 2015
Aromas of subtly sweet grain, light corn, some mineral, barely noticeable hops. Clear gold, quickly vanishing white head. Subtle sweetness, minerally. Light bodied.
