COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Josh's translation of the Spanish description: At first glance of it’s brilliant amber colour, you’ll see a lager beer in the Pilsner style. But this Kölsch is radically different. It is a smooth ale, but well-hopped. It has a lot of body and enjoys a fruity flavour, displaying the purity of its components. It is freshly aromatic, with a dry finish, a product of the hops. The alcohol content is 5% abv This style is well-suited to accompany cheese, and freshly picked produce.

0.5l bottle, a gift from a work colleague. Thanks Rune! This one pours a blurry bright yellow golden colored body with a small but still lasting white filmy head on the top. On the nose I get a mild lager and corn aroma, but in addition there is traces of pretty sweet honey here. Not bee hive but present. Smells absolutely decent. It doesn’t taste fantastic, I have to be that honest. It’s really dusty and soap burnt. Again, lots of honey - the heather kind in the taste. It has a mild oily texture in the mouth and soft on the prickling carbonation. It sure kills the thirst, but I won’t travel around the world for a second go. 03.03.2017

On tap at Antares San Telmo. Mildy sweet really not much going on here and inferior to the pretty great kolsch I had in Colonia, Uruguay.

Una de las que más me gusta de Antares. Rubia, liviana y rica. De las más "suaves" de la marca.

Tap at Antares, Rosario Golden color, small white head. A bit sweet grainy, toffeish aroma. Light-bodied. Flavor has light fruity and grainy notes, finish has some bitterness. Not really pure Kölsch.

Un po’ scialba questa kolsch, con gusto leggeramente fruttato, una sfumatura erbacea e un retrogusto mollemente acquoso. Si poteva fare meglio, visto che questo birrificio in realtà non è male.
