Draft in Seattle. Very pale yellow, smallest head. Dry green hop nose, minimal sweetness. Dry bitter, vegetal green hop. Solid, dry cider. Nice.

Clear light golden hue with no head, and a citrusy earthy almost minty hop nose on top of a sweet fleshy red apple aroma. Crisp and dry body with mellow Apple sweetness combined with a grassy and slightly piney hop flavor that has very low bitterness, just mild hop flavor.

Sample at Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. Clear yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Apples and hops in the nose. medium body with flavors of apple and mild floral hops. The finish is fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. I’m not a cider drinker but I saw this green label on the clearance table by the checkout, word HOPS prominently displayed, so grabbed a couple. Clear and almost colorless with decent white head. Aroma of apples. Taste like a nicely refined cider - dry, crisp, natural apple flavors. I don’t taste any hops at all here but wtf, its fine without them. Very tasty.

Rated based on notes taken 24 June 2012 -- Interesting cider made with hops. Hops not very noticeable.

bottle. Pale straw with minimal head. Slight aroma of hops, but I can’t really taste them all all. Just a pretty average cider with reasonable balance of sweet and tart flavors. Not much complexity. Could definitely use a bigger hop addition.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a clear transparent color with a nearly absent apple aroma. Figured the hops would contribute to the aroma a little more, but they play a small role in the flavor. Wish the hops added a little more. Very basic apple cider for me, though the flavor is good. Refreshing, and quite easy to drink. Just wanted a little more character.

Clear golden color with no head. Hops did add some bitterness to basically sweet apple cider.

Good cider, bold and flavorful. Sour apples, grass, little bit of hop, plastic. If is sweet like a starburst but balanced well by he ingredients. Sour. Not bad,

Bottle: Clear, bubbly gold with a quick white ring. Apple.....and a very light caramel note to the scent. Taste is straight-up apple.....with a hint of grassy hops.....adds a subtle "beery" aspect at the finish. Pretty good.
