Bottle dated 7/21/14 so maybe not the freshest. Light yellow pour with some white foamy lacing along the sides of the glass. Starchy apple nose with very little sign of the hops. Flavor is much the same, just a little bit of sweetness, no glaring flaws. Perfectly good cider.

Draft sample. Crisp apple, maybe the barest hint of hops (though I may just be imagining that). OK, but nothing really standing out from another above-average cider. Frank (4172) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 12, 2014
This is a tasty cider with a subtle touch of hops. Is is perfectly clear yellow with no head. its nose is fruity and floral with some pine and earthy notes that seem to be from the hops. This is rather dry and not terribly flavorful but pleasant. It is slightly tart and very slightly resinous in the finish. A cut above soda pop style ciders for sure but a bit on the bland side for my tastes. ben4321 (6420) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - SEP 5, 2014

Aroma: The nose is clean apple, not particularly sweet, with some light spice notes
Appearance: It pours a clear apple juice yellow with a tiny, bubbly head and no lace to speak of
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet and lightly tart apple, clean flavor, simple, mild bitterness
Palate: The body is light, it is smooth and easy drinking, with a clean, light finish
I thought this was quite solid. Its an easy cider for sure. Clean and drinkable. It doesn’t get overly sweet or overly tart, it just stays balanced, simple, and clean. There’s something to be said for that.
Sample at The Alibi Room, Vancouver.
Aroma of ripe apple, a bit floral.
Yellowish colour, no head when it reached the table, and no sign of any head before that.
Taste was apple juice with some alcohol, hay. Sweet taste.

355ml bottle. No idea why every cider producer has to put cascade hops and only cascade in their cidr. Does have a hoppy nose, it is a sweeter and not that amazing cider htough. michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - AUG 2, 2014
Bottle. Typical cider pour and aroma. I detect no hop aroma. This is balanced and very good, very easy to drink. Really like it, but it needs some hop presence to live up to the name. Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - JUN 30, 2014
On tap at the Crow and the Pitcher. Aroma of green apple peel, light grass, and a light malt. Pours light blonde with great carbonation and a small lacing. Taste is crisp with light grass, green apple peel, and light apple juice. Great dry finish with a nice dry bubble. I like this very much. Draught, St Augs. Pale green-yellow. Lots of alcohol taste, little bit of apple. No hops noted. Bit sulphury, big alcohol late and it’s thin. I’m looking for a positive here but not finding one. mcberko (17339) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 2, 2014
On tap at the Alibi Room for Camrapalooza 2014, pours a clear nearly white colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out dryhops and very dry apples. Flavour is very dry and hoppy, with dry apples, dry hops and little residual sugar. Very drinkable but low complexity. Decent.
