Good balance of dryness with a touch of sweetness. The hops are a nice touch that accentuates the fresh apple flavor. Really interesting cider. kereltis (33) - Oregon, USA - AUG 24, 2012
A little on the bitter side at first but is quite refreshing with a sweet aroma. Good summer or early autumn drink, great people switching from ale or trying cider for the first time. SudsMcDuff (8494) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - NOV 12, 2012
the couple of hopped ciders i have had i have enjoyed so- .. . pours a sacagawea coin gold .. . good foam .. . wow, very clean and refreshing .. . has a nice light dryness .. . not awfully complex but enjoyable none the less .. . . my friend once left his baby girl in his local pub. He now knows the distance from his house to the pub can be run in 57 seconds! RABinCO (1707) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Bottle into a flute glass. Aroma is super fresh granny smith apples with grassy and slightly floral hops. Taste is sweet honey crisp and juicy golden delicious. Really can pick out all the apple varieties. For the hops taste is mostly light floral with a pleasant dry crisp finish. Very persistent palate. Totally great. Thanks Darrell! Crystal clear and golden yellow. Mld effervescence. Hops and cider aroma. Pleasant. Nice flavor. Exceptionally light on the palate. Really fresh hop aroma and flavor. Moderately low carbonation, this drinks like a white wine. Notes of apples and grape skins. A fine choice in this 100+ degree weather.
