Good balance of dryness with a touch of sweetness. The hops are a nice touch that accentuates the fresh apple flavor. Really interesting cider. kereltis (33) - Oregon, USA - AUG 24, 2012
A little on the bitter side at first but is quite refreshing with a sweet aroma. Good summer or early autumn drink, great people switching from ale or trying cider for the first time. SudsMcDuff (8388) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - NOV 12, 2012
the couple of hopped ciders i have had i have enjoyed so- .. . pours a sacagawea coin gold .. . good foam .. . wow, very clean and refreshing .. . has a nice light dryness .. . not awfully complex but enjoyable none the less .. . . my friend once left his baby girl in his local pub. He now knows the distance from his house to the pub can be run in 57 seconds! RABinCO (1508) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Bottle into a flute glass. Aroma is super fresh granny smith apples with grassy and slightly floral hops. Taste is sweet honey crisp and juicy golden delicious. Really can pick out all the apple varieties. For the hops taste is mostly light floral with a pleasant dry crisp finish. Very persistent palate. Totally great. Thanks Darrell! Crystal clear and golden yellow. Mld effervescence. Hops and cider aroma. Pleasant. Nice flavor. Exceptionally light on the palate. Really fresh hop aroma and flavor. Moderately low carbonation, this drinks like a white wine. Notes of apples and grape skins. A fine choice in this 100+ degree weather.

7-27-13 Poured from bomber: Easy to drink. Moderately sweet apple aroma. Delicate bitter hops ballances the sour/sweetness. Clear yellow color, weak white head. 8.5 BD; 8.8 Josh Aroma, color, flavor- what you expect, good. 9 Melissa badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - NOV 24, 2013
Bottle. Clear bright yellow with a thin fizzy white head. Sweet perfume of apple, grape, and citrus to the aroma and taste with a smooth apple cider finish and a thick sticky palate. Quite good. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 17, 2012
Pours a very clear yellow color with a small white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is very interesting. I get some tart apple notes, but I also get a lot of the cascade hop character, including some resin and pine notes. The flavor is very similar. The tart apple notes go very well with the pine and orange citrus notes from the hops. Very interesting, glad I got to try it. Lagunitasfan (1323) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 20, 2012
Bottle at Stone, after a person with questionable taste returned the bottle, saying it was no good. "Yer dumb", I say. Light gold/amber with tiny to no head. Get the sweetness of a cider, with a chewy woodiness. Great movement around the mouth. Much more complex than other ciders I’ve had. Yummy. Bottle. Pours an average cheddar yellow with a nose of Wrigley’s spearmint gum. Flavor is apple juice and Wrigley’s spearmint gum. Nice mouthfeel until the chalk essence sets in. Nice cider; unlike anything I’ve tasted before.
