Bottle. Pours clear. Aroma of apples with a nice hop bouquet. Flavor of fresh apple with a very well balanced with the hop flavor. Light body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, solid stuff!

Poured from a 12ounce bottle, thanks to Mike. Apple, spicy, fruity hops, vegetal, winey. This is interesting, I did find the hops to be a bit out of place.

Pours a pale, clear golden color without foam. Aroma is clean, crisp and refreshing with notes of oakand bitter apple pulp. Flavor is natural apple juice amd pulp unsweetened. The body is very dry. I can’t find the hops except for maybe making the.whole beverage a little more bitter.

Poured pale whitish yellow with no head. Aroma of tart apple. Pretty dry cider but it works for me. Not getting much aroma or flavor from the hops but very refreshing and thirst quenching nonetheless.

Draft in Seattle. Very pale yellow, smallest head. Dry green hop nose, minimal sweetness. Dry bitter, vegetal green hop. Solid, dry cider. Nice.

Draft at NCBC. Pours a crystal clear medium gold with a little white head. Big sweet red apple nose, no real hop presence there. Creamy medium body with lots of red apple fruit and skin. Nice apple-y cider. Long sweet finish.

Clear golden pour with a thin layer of white fizzy foam. Really nice fruity aroma, presumably from the hops? Citrus and floral notes, sweet apple, and a bit of yeast. The flavor is sweet up front with a dry finish. Floral and citrus notes, nice apple flavor, and a light tartness.

Pours a clear golden with minimal fizzy head and a lot of carbonation. Aromas of tart apples and dish soap. Taste is initially sweet, then tart, and finishes with the slightest of hop bites. The bitterness is like a substitute for a dry finish. Nothing is overbearing to this, and it all works well together. Light-medium bodied and goes down easy. I wish they sold 6 packs of these, I would buy this more often.

[Bottle] Sampled at Cider Summit Chicago 2015. Yellow pour is clear in complexion. Fizzy, white foam head. Nose is of floral hops, apples and a mild funk. Flavors of dry cider, herbal hops, yeasty phenols and some grass. All in all, it came together decently.

Good cider, bold and flavorful. Sour apples, grass, little bit of hop, plastic. If is sweet like a starburst but balanced well by he ingredients. Sour. Not bad,
