Bottle. Pours a clear gold with no real head. Soft tart apples on the nose, a very faint hint of citrus and pine hops, though I’m certainly trying to find it. Just on the thin side of medium bodied, a touch herbal. Soft tartness into the finish. Not sure if the bottle is old or if it’s just more of a subdued hop thing, but I really didn’t get what I was looking for here. Decent enough I guess, but didn’t live up to expectations. Very pale straw, clear, no head. White wine notes, a little green apple, light floral hops, a fruity note late.

Clear, bubbly gold with a quick white ring.
Apple.....and a very light caramel note to the scent.
Taste is straight-up apple.....with a hint of grassy hops.....adds a subtle "beery" aspect at the finish.
Sample at Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. Clear yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Apples and hops in the nose. medium body with flavors of apple and mild floral hops. The finish is fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Slightly above average overall. onceblind (10690) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 10, 2016
Clear light golden hue with no head, and a citrusy earthy almost minty hop nose on top of a sweet fleshy red apple aroma. Crisp and dry body with mellow Apple sweetness combined with a grassy and slightly piney hop flavor that has very low bitterness, just mild hop flavor.

A really distinct aroma that marries dry apple with a floral hop. Pours a super light yellow with slight bubbling. Taste is very potpourri like. More apple than hops. Blairgus (4615) - California, USA - JAN 17, 2013
17 Jan 2013, bottle. faintly yellow, very clear, no bubbles. nose is crisp green apples with faint pub ale hops. thin body and mildly fizzy. some cider apple peel and some grassy hops. not the best of either worlds. mcberko (19172) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 2, 2014
On tap at the Alibi Room for Camrapalooza 2014, pours a clear nearly white colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out dryhops and very dry apples. Flavour is very dry and hoppy, with dry apples, dry hops and little residual sugar. Very drinkable but low complexity. Decent. Frank (4240) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 12, 2014
This is a tasty cider with a subtle touch of hops. Is is perfectly clear yellow with no head. its nose is fruity and floral with some pine and earthy notes that seem to be from the hops. This is rather dry and not terribly flavorful but pleasant. It is slightly tart and very slightly resinous in the finish. A cut above soda pop style ciders for sure but a bit on the bland side for my tastes. andrewje41 (4338) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - APR 25, 2015
12 oz bottle poured. Pours a clear transparent color with a nearly absent apple aroma. Figured the hops would contribute to the aroma a little more, but they play a small role in the flavor. Wish the hops added a little more. Very basic apple cider for me, though the flavor is good. Refreshing, and quite easy to drink. Just wanted a little more character.
