COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You may have taken a draw of this Belgian brew in the past, during your afternoon "client relations" meetings at Brasserie Beck. The double blonde was developed with the help of some intense Belgian brewers (as if theres any other kind) known as the Brouwerij De Musketiers, and it actually helped Thor Cheston, Becks beer director, get knighted by the beer guild in Brussels.

And now, for the first time, theyre bottling it. It comes in a 750ml versioncomplete with corks and wire cagesand, at this very minute, its on a ship approaching our shores, where its due to arrive any day (icebergs notwithstanding) for your closer-to-home client relations. When it gets here, expect something citrusy and yeasty, but a little less potent than your typical Belgian

Thick luscious head, great nose... then it's all down hill to sour town. Pretty much a vertical drop for my likings. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Gold with a large white head. Aroma of honeyed dough, spices. Sweet hay and dough Some citrus as well as spices at a finish thats moderately bitter and leans enough towards dry. As it warmed a little there was peach and some pineapple. The spices are punchy but not overbearing.
