4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy light amber color with an extremely large, very dense, white head. Lacing is very strong. Aromas of bananas, caramel, bread, and hay dominate. Palate is very smooth and creamy with a nice crisp finish. Flavors of banana and hay dominate again, but then it has a nice bitter aftertaste. This is an amazing beer!
Bottle from Carre four Brugge. Hazy yellow with xl eggwhite head. Yeasty, fruity, quite bitter, brnandersen (3902) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 18, 2017
33 cl bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, yeasts, grasses and a boozy note. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with yeasts and a boozy bite. A little bit disappointed - The Musketeers usually makes great beers. Weak aroma of bread. Gentle flavored beer with breadish notes, some light spices (cloves, pepper), low bitterness. Plesant but does not set an example Idiosynkrasie (7516) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 5, 2017
330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, deep golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Malty aroma with a bready touch and hints of almond, citrusy fruity, hoppy overtones, fruity middle layer with an apricot touch, an ammonia whiff. Taste is minimally bready malty, sweet-ish fruity, hints of peach and apricot, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and citrusy hoppy counterweight, undertones of alcohol and almond. Very nice composition, sadly not free of off-flavours. PietS (265) - Bergen op Zoom, NETHERLANDS - JUL 1, 2017
Sweet, malty, caramel, pretty bitter. Not very interesting, but not bad either.

White frothy head left flotsam on a hazy orange coloured, still body.
Yeast, orange & floral aroma.
Medium bodied. Tingly on the tongue, smooth down the back. Feels soft.
Yeast, sweet citrus, orange, lemon, hints of malt & a long peppery finish.
Very good Blond nihtila (3636) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 18, 2017
Bottle at home. Pours clear golden, fluffy white head. Nose is zest, caramel, light peppery spices, sweet malts. Tastes similar with bitter hoppy finish. MetalNHopHead (1976) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - APR 14, 2017
Antigoon doesn’t really pack any surprises, but it’s a textbook example of a Belgian Ale. It has a gold coloring and a fruity, malty aroma. It has an easygoing taste with subtle spices, subtle citrus, and yeast. The feel is wonderfully soft with medium carbonation. It’s not exactly one-of-a-kind, but it’s rather classy. vipinvelp (4425) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - APR 12, 2017
Clear yellow, white lacing foam head. Barley aroma and taste. Would say typical Belgian beer taste. OK. (Nijmegen 201704) Mich1969 (20) - Near Rotterdam, NETHERLANDS - APR 6, 2017
Double blond purchased at local supermarket ’Plus’ in Mijnsherenland . A blond which doesn’t live up to expectations. Not much in it other then realy bland sweet, some citrus far, far away and then hoppy in then finish.
Expected much more from a blond. Not to be repeated.
