3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Crystalline amber color, still. Faintly sweet honey aromatics. Sweet honey and clover/floral flavors at first, somewhat dry in the finish. Simple and not especially complex. It was pretty good, an everyday sort of light drinker to share with a meal.
Brown color. Aroma has notes of honey, caramel an a high presence of cinnamon. Flavor is sweet, slightly alcoholic presence, caramelish. Creamy on palate. crossovert (13724) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 22, 2017

Bottle - Dark sweet honey notes, with almost a light medicinal note. Clear Amber gold. Dark sweet honey and cola/medicinal notes. Much thinner than expected and no booze to speak of. Weird, but nice. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 6, 2016
Bottle, pours a dark caramel colour with a tiny white bubbly head. Aroma brings out dark honey, toasted caramel, and bready notes. Flavour brings out toasted caramel, dark honey, and some earthiness. Fairly watery given the high ABV, but it works well. Not the deepest mead, but the flavours are very pleasant. Enjoyable stuff. lupulist (348) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 6, 2016
Pours a red amber colour. Aroma of boysenberry and raspberry, with some grassiness. Taste is off-dry, with a hint of spearmint flavour on the finish. Very interesting. Nickls (2576) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - JUL 21, 2016
