Flakhaven weizenbock: Look; tan persistent head and near clear copper-red body, rims as lacing. Aroma; the whole confectionery box passing by, jesuschrist-cara-star, light chocolate, toffee, various fruits. Superaroma! Taste; toffee, ripe banana, coriander, slightly roasted sheat malts, tarts, red berries, cream - leading to a fruity malty good finish. OmG this was geniously tasty! [30cl @ Flakhaven Odense DK, [email protected]]

On draught at brewpub. Pours a light brown color with a very thick tan head. Medium body. Big phenolic flavors dominate the dark and wheat malts. Dark malt offers a dry character and wheat does not soften the palate. Overall, too coarse.
