Draft at Apollo. Light orange-brown in colour. Slightly creamy off-white head. Aroma was strawberry and some malty and fruit notes. Some spice in there as well. Body was light-medium and finish was light bitter sweet. Ok beer for the food we had I guess.

Jeppe (2631) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - NOV 23, 2004
2004 version.
Draught at Apollo Bryggeri, Denmark.
Hazy amber colored with a fine off-white head. Apollo yeast in the aroma as usual along with malt, melon and grassy tones. Not very heavy but fresh. Flavor is sweet malty and caramelly with plenty of fruit and Apollo yeast in there also. Medium bodied and a dry finish. Surprisingly light for an Apollo beer, specially considering it’s their christmas brew!

NosirIwont (2549) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2004
