At the brewpub.
Slighlty hazy, pale golden.
Light maltiness in the aroma; fresh yeast.
Spicy flavour with noters of white-pepper. Dry, almost papery palate. JorisPPattyn (10062) - BELGIUM - SEP 20, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 30, 2008 Draught Sure wasn’t retired last week Medium, but quite dense snow-white head over greenish tinted yellow beer. Herbal nose, bit like dry liquorice and dry green tea; liquorice/honey sweet aroma lurking behind. Sweet, very malty taste, herbal +/- gone, light acidity. Taste is much more Pilsner-like. Citric/lemonbalm retronasal. Spritzy, despite visual low carbonation. Light, some restsugars. I still don’t know what "Malurt" might be... yespr (47077) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 19, 2008
From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge and creamy white head. Light citric and butterish pilsner malt aroma with a light herbal note. Mild citric to orange fruity flavour with a classic pilsner backbone. Bitter and medum dry finish. Decent thirstquencer.

The abscece of proper hop bitterness makes the flavor weak. chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 1, 2006
On tap at the Apollo Brewpub. Not too different to the Flakhaven version - clean and slightly sharp, with a lemony edge. But nothing I could really put down to Wormwood. I would have expected more in the way of herbal, medicinal bitterness.

On tap at Flakhaven, Odense. I noted this down at 5.6% but I may have got it wrong. Cloudy, straw coloured. Due to an inadequate grasp of the Danish language I had no idea that this was made with wormwood until Sigmund enlightened me the following day. Although I have little idea what wormwood tastes like, I think the brewer needs to put more in. In fact, I couldn’t work out what style this beer was at all. I even thought it might be a wheat beer. Its not a bad beer - lemony and refreshing - but a bit innocuous and short of impact.
Lightly spicy, grainy aroma. Translucent deep golden body is topped by low white, fine bubbled head that lasts and leaves some lace. Mild cereal malt flavour with moderate bitterness and a spicy aftertaste. Light body with moderate carbonation. On tap at the brewpub. jfm (1724) - Holbæk, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2005
Draft. Golden color with a white head. The taste is a light malty body with a nice bitterness. DrBeer (862) - Solna Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 24, 2005
Golden with orange tone.
Fruity favor with notes of peach.
Coming from the land of wormwood-aquavit the question is where thw f**k is the wormwood.
