Half Litre bottle poured into Pint Shaker. A: Fairly dark shade of amber, hazy, medium sized head, good retention. S: Yeasty phenols. T: A combination of grain and slightly sour cooking apples which lingered for a while. M: Texture was on the thick side of medium, not much carbonation. O: This went along the lines of a Weizen, but without the heavy clove and banana.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with tan head. Aroma is slightly tart, spicy, very interesting. Must be the Dinkel. Taste is tart, spicy, bready, dry. Medium carbonation. The Dinkel is very interesting, but I’m not sure if I like it.

Leicht säuerliches trübes bier! Die rezenz war zu hoch (beim einschenken aus der flasche ist die flasche übergeschäumt) die säure passt nicht besonders gut zum restlichen aromaprofil!

Cloudy brown with a fast-settling head, aromas of bread and a little orange juice, cloves and orange on the palate, vaguely reminiscent of mulled ale. Oddly pleasant.
