Not the best, not the worst. Very standard and worth going to if you want a basic ipa. Tap pineypower (3345) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - JUN 12, 2015
Pours out a copper color with a small white head. Aroma is of some caramel malts, light grassy and citrus hops not much going on. Taste is rather mundane, caramel, toast, light grass, rotted citrus fruits,

Picked up a six pack for my own flight at the house. Significant improvement from pale ale but probably still less than average for me. Fakdaddy (35) - - MAR 13, 2015
The best thing to say it was the best of the year and the other hand is the only thing that would have to go back and I

Pumpkin Orange color little clarity shows shadows. No head retention slight bog appears from carbonation. Aroma is malt forward, a honey like sweetness from the hops as well. The hop flavor is minimal mostly spice and some slight gummy citrus aromatics. The beer is malt forward not my cup of tea for an ipa. It does have a good level of drinkability and the bitterness appears to be well rounded.

Draft in May 2014. Pour was orange with average head and splotchy lacing. Aroma of faint resin, some lighter fruits, floral. Flavor was floral, earthy, herbal, some lighter fruits, light caramel backbone. Mouthfeel was average for the style in body and carbonation. Mediocre. matty (437) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 7, 2014
Draft at Camp Hill brewpub. Pours a clear gold color with a 1/2" white head that disappears leaving a thin film. Nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine and resin with a hint of malt. Medium body, taste leans more to the hop side than the malt but not overwhelming. Dry finish. Not great, but I've had worse.

Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a clear golden-orange color with a huge white head. The head fades rather slowly as it is quite thick and leaves a nice level of lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is heaviest of a biscuit and pine nature. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter notes of a citrus and earthy nature.
Taste – The taste begins with a biscuit and bready base with a nice dose of citrus hop flavor. Initially it is also sweetened with some lighter fruit flavors up front. As the taste advances it dries out some with more hop flavors come to the tongue. At the end, some heavier notes (but not too heavy) of a pine and earthy hop flavor come to the tongue, leaving a slightly bitter flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the medium side; decent creaminess with a light chewiness. The carbonation is on the average side as well. Fairly nice for the hop flavors but maintaining a good drinkability.
Overall – A decent IPA with some nice pine flavors.
