Not a bad marzen, but watery. Also, very lite in hops. gsmitty80 (2130) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 8, 2009
This was a good Oktoberfest. Good malting and mouthfeel. Best beer that I had all night at the brewery. It was also the freshest batch brewed. WhiteAlePower (92) - Long Island, New York, USA - APR 19, 2006
Nothing worse than a mediocre brew...unless it’s terrible. hah! Although atleast with a bad one you remember to stay away from it. Boring, but not bad. this head, thin colour and light flavour. ScottyP (425) - Brentwood, Tennessee, USA - APR 21, 2009
Pours a hazy dark amber, almost tea like. Caramel malt aroma, some fruit notes. Roasted malt, caramel taste. No great finish to speak of, and kind of watery. Meh, okay lager webjedi (250) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - MAY 18, 2008
(abbreviated review, due to short notes) Very buttery and slightly nutty on the mouth. A little vinegary.

Smells good. Taste is strong. Seems higher in alky than 5%. Looks like clear ice tea. Filtered. Good, about average carbonation. Other fests I’ve had have more refined manners. $3.50 a bottle. Comparitivily, a little expensive around here. I’m being generous on the flavor rating. nike (966) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 2, 2011
Poured a reddish color that had very little head. Sweet caramel taste, not much balance, no lacing on the glass. On style for a marzen, little hop taste to it. The beer was smooth, drinkable. Nothing great about this beer, but not all bad. Not one to go out of your way for, but drinkable. Thanks D!
