This is a great lager. Sweet flavour without an aftertaste. What stands out with this one is that there is a definite lager flavour, unlike the "big three" This one is NOT watered down like the tradiditional lagers out there. This has more flavour than Yuengling (and I love Yuengling). ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - SEP 27, 2015
Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the brewery in Gettysburg, PA. This beer has a clear golden color with a small white head. the aroma is big on grass and malt with heavy carbonation. The flavor matches the aroma with grass, malt and some malt to finish the mix. Not a bad beer, good with quesadillas or nachos.

Poured light gold with nice white head. Has a bit of sweet grassy flavor. Quite tasty actually. I usually pick up a six pack of this every year. It is quite enjoyable. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JAN 29, 2012
Bottle. Sour milk malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head and light effervescence. Slightly sweet creamy barley malt flavor with a lightly bitter hay hops finish. Nice body. Great beer. Duffbeer (192) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 25, 2002

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2007 12 oz bottle from variety pack. pours a golden amber just like a lager should. Not too bad. Sirmixsomewhat (266) - Paoli, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 10, 2015
This is a good beer. It’s kind of sweet for a lager, but it doesn’t insult you with its odd approach to a lager. It’s good! One thing I noticed is that it didn’t keep particularly well, but I found that to be the case with the other beer I bought from ABC as well. It may be their packaging that doesn’t last. 12oz bottle, solid lager here. Color is golden throughout, head is visable and forms a solid ring around the glass with an island hannging out in the middle. Taste is a bit hoppy, a bit pale, and a very easy. A gem for a moderate drinker. Easy on the pallate this brew can flow through mountains. I especially enjoyed the abundant golden color whihc prospered vivantally within the brew. Fresh and enjoyable, this is a beer for the minds. 12oz bottle. Bright golden color, white head that hangs on. Crisp and refreshing. Is it a Munich Helles, a Bohemian Lager or a Festbier? Doesn’t matter - it’s good.
