Overall, a really nice flavor from this organic beer, good roasty taste.

Wife ordered this draft at Gettysburg brewpub, I grabbed a few sips. Served in a pint glass, reddish-brown color with off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt; hints of nuttiness, chocolate and earthy/peppery hops. Taste brings out some more nuttiness and roastiness. Light body, medium carbonation, dry, clean finish. Reddish brown with a nutty malty nose. Dry, palate with a hint of cocoa and more nuts. Decent but forgettable.

On tap at the brewpub. Deep brown pour, slightly hazy. Aroma is really roasty, tons of nuts, caramel, hint of clove. Taste is equally nutty, nice bitter roast finish. Pours a deep redfish brown with an ample tan head. Malt forward with a bit of hop bite. Smokiness makes this interesting.
