On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Light, clear yellow color, with a medium, frothy head. The nose is hay, light pine, resin, and a touch of cream. A little sweet - almost dry - and lightly bittered. Light to medium body, astringent, and crisp. This is an uninspired, but reasonably solid blonde. Very easy and shows off the Centennial hops pretty well. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden-yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is wet dough, honey, and touches of floral fruits. Flavor is similar. Thin, doughy grains and a light honey sweetness with a few floral notes. Finishes a bit crisp with a very light hopping and a touch of lemon. Shorter aftertaste following a light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty boring, but not terrible blonde. Thin, doughy, and lightly sweetened. Eh... jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - FEB 5, 2012

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2011 Tap at the brewpub. Hazy deep gold with creamy white head. Nose is doughy with oranges and some roast peanuts. Taste is grapefruit with some raw dough. Hints of dirt and bell pepper. Left lots of lacing on the glass. As good as I have had from A.R. Tasty and pretty refreshing, hoppy, but well balanced.
