Soft white head on a golden body. Fresh grainy nose with straw, spicy german hops, and light flowers. Lively soft mouthfeel with more bready grains, floral notes and a slight hop snap. Medium dry floral finish full of white bread, a touch of rye.
My Bottom Line:presario (4925) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - APR 30, 2007
The subtle balance of this delicate Helles is defined by citrusy, herbal hops and its hay-like cereals. A fine session lager for friendly conversations.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the hazy straw blond.
-Carbonation is far from vigorous, and combined with the svelte body, makes this lager absurdly drinkable.
-This extremely smooth mouthfeel still manages to withhold all the flavors this beer has to offer.
-Hop bitterness could’ve been more prominent and maltiness could’ve been crunchier.
Bottle, best before Aug.17th (had on June 22nd). Thx Tim!
Tight foamy head. Gold beer. Fresh light body and flavour. Hop finish. Delicate sweetness. Capa (3446) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - MAR 17, 2007
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a decent sized bubbly white head. Aroma was grass, mild citrus, floral, and light malt. Flavor was similar to the aroma. Fresh with some spice thrown in. Medium body and well carbonated. Pretty solid, though nothing outstanding. TimE (6130) - Tokyo, JAPAN - MAR 17, 2007
Hay straw golden color with a similar nose profile. Big frothy white head too. Corn also showing it presence in the nose, bujt I will skip what Marc said about that. Malty and refreshing but not overly complex. Some buscuit and flower notes at the end. Thing I did appreciate is it wasn’t as sweet as many Japanese beers.

A clear Golden color with a smallish White head. Grainy malt scent, no Corn or Rice here! Hay, bread dough, crisp with a slight bitter aftertaste. My first beer from this brewer, a decent start!
