COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

500 ml can - BREWED by Ursus Breweries SA in Romania! Despite the 599 barcode this is not a Hungarian beer. Light golden with white head. no nose. Aroma is very light pale malt, watery, with grains . Flavour is non-existent. Watery crap.

Demens (500) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 10, 2017
0,5l can. Clear pale yellow colour with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma: Hay, slightly skunky. Taste: Little sweet start with a tarty and slightly bitter mouthfeel. Watery. Light body with fizzy carbonation. Bitter/sour and dry finish. Better than the original, becouse that had a lot of artifical and bad tones. This isn’t bad, just a weak and drinkable pale lager.

500ml can. It is very average, at least not expensive. In fact it is a romanian beer. Bready start and quite fizzy the whole beer, so foam is big but weak. Some hay and only hint of hop. There is some citric from cheap yeast or corn. You can drink in emergency situation. :)

Pale dark straw color. Medium carbonation. Aromas of sulfur, some sick doughy malt, and the ghost of hops. Taste is fresh, crossing the threshold of noticeable hops. Thin, watery, just a bit sweet. I guess it is more balanced on the hops than malty side, but honestly it is lacking in any taste. I’d even say it is bordering on bad tasting. This is more of the same insipid lagers from this brand, with a label implying more hop taste. Don’t be fooled.

Canned, 0.5l.
Clear golden colour, medium sized fluffy white head.
Grainy nose.
Aroma brings bread and dough underpainted by hints of cut grass, taste of corn... mouthfeel is slick.
Short and rather malty-yeasty, shy grassy hoppy finish.
