Highly carbonated mahogany body. Spicy nose with some chocolate nose and a buzzy piquance to it. Nutty. The body is quite nutty and decisively smooth. Easy drinking, not much wheat, but a clove underpinning. Unusual for the style, but solid overall.

Clear reddish-brown color. Meidum size light brown head. Aroma is sweet. of grains, dough and banana. Flavor is watery, like a Coke with no carbonation.

2006 Bottle Pours a clear, reddish brown color. Medium white stable head with medium retention. It leaves a small lacing. Aroma is fruity with some wheat touches. Notes of banana, bubble gum, milk, yoghurt and to a lesser extent some other fruits like peaches and apricots. I’m not quite sure... Flavor is sweet, malty and yeasty with soft fruity traces of banana, yoghurt, bread, wheat, flour and a slight touch of caramel. Unexciting though. Body is medium, smooth with a low carbonation. Finish is shy but leaves a banana aftertaste. Too-straight-forward and simple. Next!.

Bottled, thanks Fukito! Lightly hazy nut brown, dense head. Light papery malt aroma. Sweet and medium bodied, some careful banana esters creep out once it warms, and is accompanied by toffee. Soft and mild. Fairly refreshing.

Bottle - December 2005. Pours an opaque ruby colour whit a white head that lasts till my glass empties. Aroma is of bublegum, banana. Taste is slightly sweet, spicy, intriguing. Aftertaste is somewhat sour, spicy, it invites you to drink a little more. A good dunkel that matches any available and is even better than other i have tasted. Recomendable and another pleasant surprise from Araucana.
