Bottle pour to shaker. Hazy brown-gold with a medium head. Citrus aroma. Nicely balanced hoppiness with something giving it an edginess...pine? straw? I bought a single to sample. Next trip to the store I will buy a 6-pack.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2017 Smell of hop, grapefruit, sugar water. Murky orange color with right amount of cream crown. Taste of bitter IPA hop, citrus, yeast, slightly sour and last with tannin. Medium body, just right texture. Above average IPA

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a rigid burnt amber color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Sly messy lace. The aroma had some sweet citrus pulp, light pine, herbal hop quality, light earthiness, damp wood and a little bit of grassiness. The flavor was somewhat sweet with that dried "English" sort of taste to it. Aftertaste was earthy, herbal and floral with some toast. Finish was malty. The palate was somewhat dry with a medium body, sturdy carbonation and a nice ABV. Overall, seemed like an English styled IPA to me, I didn’t mind this one. But also could have been an old bottle as there wasn’t any date on it.

12 oz bottle at home. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have lightly toasted bready malts, caramel, citrus and resiny hops, pretty basic ipa.

bottle @ Belmont Party Supply / Ann Arbor MI --- Cloudy dirty medium amber color, ivory head that drops to a thick cover, bands of lace. Taste is caramel malt, medium fizz, and assertive hops that have citrus and pine overtones. Strong brew, but balanced and enjoyable.

Forgettable, but fine IPA. Heavy grapefruit and pine. Pretty big and malty and caramel. Almost a double. Probably suffered a bit that I drank it after ninja v unicorn.

On cask at Slows BBQ pours a hazy orange with some creamy, white head. Nose has honey, grist, orange juice, pine. Flavor is sweet with OJ and honey and grist, mild soap, lemon-lime soda. Sticky finish.

Bottle, with a big fresh IPA perfumy aroma. Quite strong kick in the mouth with all its bitter IPA charming personality. Yes, let’s think about chewing on green grapefruit rind and then washing it down with a little turpentine and pine tree sap. So terribly on rude style it approaches double imperial IPA territory, wewwie. Will somebody please get me a macro lager to wash this down with?

On tap at Giant Eagle in Grandview: gold pour, white head. aroma of pine hop, citrus. tastes are grassy, citrus, earthy, pine, grapefruit, little bready.
