The Espresso Love Breakfast Stout pours black with a dark tan brown head that lasts a good while and is easily agitated. The aroma is lactose, coffee and chocolate. The flavor is coffee, chocolate and milk. Overall this is a decent brew. I would like to have one in the morning.

Bottle gifted by Adam. Far out. The beer is near black with a thin beige cap that quickly fades to a thin layer. Aromas of espresso, coffee beans, chocolate, molasses, dark fruits. Nice flavor. Not in the upper tier of its class, but still enjoyable. The body is a tad thin. Strong coffee presence. Light bitterness in the finish. Overall, pretty good.

Draft at the Arbot tap takeover at Crunchy's. mahogany with a tan head. Sweet chocolate and syrup. Sweet and roasty.

Tap at the green well - pours cola with a tan head. It’s thinner then the porter I had just before it, so I’m not sure I’d call it a stout. It’s subtle, coffee and bitter chocolate, a little dry. It’s flavorful, just a lot more low key then I was expecting.

12 oz bottle. The pour is a ruby-ish dark brown that has a humongous, nearly uncontrollable head. The head fades pretty quick and doesn’t leave any lace. The aroma is big coffee. There is a light roast and come caramel notes. The flavor is like wet coffee grounds. There is a little dryness. And the feel is very thin. The finish is absolutely not what I’d expect in a stout ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Has a decent dark chocolate and black coffee scent. Had a very off really watery taste. Very thin feel. Not a fan.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2013 Had on tap. Had from bottle. No matter how I have it, this beer tastes like burnt, wet coffee grounds. Unbalanced, thin. ABC has far superior stouts--not sure why this one gets distributed.

Received in trade from bazyfresh. Over carbonated pour out of bottle. Really had to let beer settle. Nice coffee, chocolate and alcohol aroma. Taste follows nose. Nice slick mouth feel medium carbonation. Not a bad coffee stout.

Dark beer out of the bottle with ruby highlights when held against the light. This poured with an uncontrollable brown head and was way overcarbonated until I beat out some of the bubbles. Chalky, bitter chocolate nose. Some thin caramel sweetness, bitter coffee, over ripe fruit and dusty chocolate. Very lively on the tongue. There is an odd sourness in this. Not as rich as I had hoped.

Bottle. Charcoal and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with large tan head. Ash/chalk and mild chocolate malt flavor. Light body. Seems to leave a chalky coating after swallowing.
