Bouche à lattaque très légère IPA mais très rapidement portée sur le citron vert genre glace. En finale, une noix de coco bien franche qui donne un côté un peu chimique mais pas mauvais.
A tester pour loriginalité.

Amber, light haze, bubbly white head, good lacing
Aroma of citrus zest, tropical fruits, getting the lime, dab of lemon
Taste of lime, soft tropical fruits, soft herbal note in there, lemongrass, thai green curry hints(!), good flavour.
Palate - Medium body, soft bitter, light sweet, alcohol well hidden. Finish of lemongrass and coconut
Overall - As soon as I thought of thai green curry I couldn’t get it out of my head...one of the most interesting beers of the trip
Cask (I think) @ Cellar Bar, Chester. Pours gold, small white head. Aroma contains both lime and coconut. Taste delivers, with zingy lime working surprisingly well with the coconut, with just the right amount of both present. Very good.

Old Fountain. Hazy gold amber beer, little white head. Smooth palate, fine carbonation. Soft creamy malt with a superbly well judged amount of dessicated coconut. Finishes smooth with a nice balance of citric hop bitterness and lime. All flavours in really good balance, would have been easy to have overdone this. A fine inventive and tasty beer and one I believe would go fantastically well with Thai and Indian food.
Cask at the Euston Tap - London. Pours clear gold with a light, frothy cap. Rindy citrus in the nose, some basic pale malts. Medium sweet flavor, some lightly sticky fruits, touches of coconut, light grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Some oily coconut on the finish, maybe some lime, orange, fine mango. The oily coconut grows on me as the beer progresses. Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 4/5/2013. Deep gold with a slight white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple and lime. Flavour had some crisp, cereal malts, more tropical fruits and a hint of coconut sweetness, before a lingering dry finish. Very good.
