Belgian yeast aroma, sweet, a bit eggy and farty. Sweet smooth palate. Full and sweet sugary stickiness. Spicy belgian taste, clearly some corriander seeds here, but there’s a heftier spiciness too. Has a fruitiness, but is harsh, and a bit sour. Heavy, not a refreshing drink at all.
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear copper pour with a big frothy off white head, aroma has coriander and some spice, taste has some red fruit action, along with spice, some apple pie, very herbal with impressive yeast profile. saxo (18208) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - FEB 16, 2017

Pours hazy copper with tall off-white head. Aroma of honey, coriander, citrus. Taste is honey sweet with a mild citrusy sour finish, light cardamom in the finish as well. Light and smooth body with average carbonation. jamestulloch (4063) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 4, 2016
Bottle. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of green apple, subtle spices and peanut shell. Flavour of stewed apple, blood orange and yeast. Thin to medium body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Lively fizz. Quite a strange beer - it’s very dark and malty for a Saison. Mjp12 (1805) - York, North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 28, 2016
Light saison spice aroma, this is far darker, and more malty than most saisons. The spices added to the beer dominate the finish, so it lacks a refreshing saison finish Sjohnh (930) - Coventry, West Midlands, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2015
Nice, well balanced beer. Orange colour, slightly hazy with a healthy dose of white head. Palate is light but not too light. Plenty of saison yeast in both smell and taste. Hops work well with the spices, resulting in a fruity saison without tasting like a vat of ground coriander had been tipped in, as some of these beers do.
