Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A cloudy amber beer that pours with an extremely large foamy head. It has a creamy mouthfeel with sweet caramel, honey and earthy notes followed by a slight nutty finish. FatPhil (16102) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 26, 2012

Aroma is really honey-ish. Floral in the mouth, lots of retronasals in that direction. A bit watery and thin, there’s little more than that. Hops rather subdued. Quite refreshing, but dull. Decently crafted, but not interesting.
Bottle.Golden with a small head. Some hops are present and the overall taste is a pleasant creaminess. Amusing label. cgarvieuk (24456) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 11, 2012

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours clear gold with a weak, white foam. Faint biscuity malt nose. Light to medium sweet flavor, lots of biscuity malts, crunchy grains and toasted straw. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Mild sweet finish, with somewhat bitter hay, faint grass and dried out biscuits. OK. anders37 (26605) - Malmö, SWEDEN - FEB 27, 2012

Cask handpull at Craft Beer Co. Hunny Beer. Clear copper gold with lasting off white head. Honeyish aroma. Bit plain in mouth with hints of honey. Tasty enough in good nick. Its a relatively decent honey beer. With a fair bit of honey to be honest. Scopey (14707) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 9, 2011
Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen under the name of "Hunny Beer". It pours clear golden yellow, with a decent, fluffy white head. The nose is sweet honey, caramel, hay and straw. The taste is hay, straw, honey sweetness, biscuit, lemon and lime, with a decent bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Decent balance, thankfully the honey is not overdone. Ok, but not particularly exciting. Fin (10536) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 7, 2011
Cask, gravity at Merton Winter Beer Festival, 05.02.11 Pours amber touch hazy with some white bubbles clinging to the side of the glass. Aroma is predictably quite sweet. Honey and caramel with a little citrus, touch of banana, fruity, and yet whilst ok it’s not really my thing. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
