Appearance: Cloudy murky orange color with a fine white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Just lovely. I could put my nose into this citric hoppy beer for a looong while. Nice!
Palate: Medium and juicy body. Slightly sweet and a rich bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mild sweet and well balanced grape hoppy. Fruity notes.
Overall impression: What a outstanding brew! Especially at 4.4%. Perfect session beer.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with tomman.
500ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a small head. Grapefruit, pineapple and pine in the aroma. Hoppy, tangy and slightly sweet taste with notes of grapefruit, lychees, passion fruit and peach. A pleasant bitterness lingers in the finish. downender (8584) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 18, 2012
Cask-conditioned at the Colston Yard, Bristol, 18/12/2012. Deep gold with a tight white head. Tropical fruit and white peach aroma, with a slightly herbal green edge. Flavour had solid cereal malts, plenty more fruits and a big, dry finish with some leafy hops in accompaniment.

Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a tight, white foam head. Fresh, underripe citrus nose, orange, lime and grapefruit mostly. Medium sweet flavor, lots of grapefruit, light tangy lemon, hints of dry grass, white sugar. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Faint resinous finish, pale malts, mellow grass, lemon, grapefruit, white bread. Good drinkin’ beer. STEVIE_NIX (35) - - FEB 6, 2013
Bottle from cotteridge wines. Pour very cloudy almost like moulted gold. Light citrus aroma on the nose. Taste is pineapple sweetness moving to bitter grapefruit with a nice lasting bitterness. Much like beers of a much stronger ABV but at only 4.4 ABV. Another cracker from the superb Arbor ales. Yum yum!! The_Bish (1123) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 13, 2013
Really good. Doesn’t quite live up to the sum of its parts, but has a great classic APA sniff about it. Maybe a little thin on afters, but that’s gotta be a reflection of low ABV right? Tasty. Very enjoyable. Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - DEC 19, 2012

Burnished gold, white lacing, spearmint and spiced berry punch. Low carbonation, light body, lots of blackcurrant, lowish bitterness, long fruity finish.
Cask at Euston Tap. It pours hazy light yellow with a small white head. The nose is red grapefruit, lemon, lime, hay and some grass. The taste is lime, grapefruit, peppery hops, grass, pith, touch of grape and straw with a bitter, lightly citric finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Very drinkable and tasty pale ale.
