Pint in rake. Good hoppy flavour and smell. Great head retention. Nice stuff.

Beese (3260) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 22, 2017
568ml bottle from Beer Shop: St. Albans. Murky amber colour with a dense, off white head. Nice hoppy aroma, with sweet berries. Surprisingly mellow and easy drinking flavour, but still with a lot of hop profile, and solid malt sweetness.

Bottle @ Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, nuts, hops and has sweet malty finish.

jjsint (3517) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 22, 2017
Pint bottle from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Kings Parade. Murky reddish mud-brown. The beige head dissipates quickly. Gooey resin, pine needles, gooseberry, papaya, a note of oak all combine in an absolutely ambrosial aroma. Bitter hoppy taste with redcurrants and fruit caramels. Long, long bittersweet finish with more resinous hops dancing on the aftertaste. Top notch.

berkshirejohn (6687) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 7, 2017
568ml bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. A murky pale chestnut, dish watery looking, pour with a billowing cream coloured head; any disappointment in the looks are immediately dispelled by taste though; it has a full grainy body, with caramel and a touch of red fruit; then a dry smooth creamy caramel tail with a resinous bitterness that cuts through the sweetness nicely; the aroma is of yeasty, fruity caramel.

Big bottle at home, 18th March 17. Pours murky orange red. Aroma is floral hop, roasted malt, caramel. Taste is hoppy, floral, caramel, malty. Lovely amber.

4.2
colui72 (1117) - HONG KONG - FEB 28, 2017
Dark amber, soapy white head, lot of sticky lacing. Very hoppy to the nose, with citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is rather different though, as it’s a beer with a strong malty character. Strong caramel, dark fruits, pine, with a delicate balance of tropical fruits. Medium body, soft carbonation, medium bitterness, fully enjoyable ale. Very good and intense.
