Bottle @ Richard’s Tasting. Hazy orange colored beer with a white head. Sweet aromas of honey, bread, and toast. Hop profile is lacking. Notes of grass, orange, and mild pine. Sweet, malty taste. Big bread and honey notes. Meh. Light pine and grass bitterness with subtle orange hop character. Kind of watery, too. Drake (13738) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 27, 2016
Non Beer Trip Beer Trip Beer #81. Keg at the brewpub, 3/12/16. Murky orange, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of pine, resin, herbal hops, pale malt. The taste is resin, pine, grapefruit, caramel, toffee. Medium bodied. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 25, 2013
Hazy, unfiltered amber pour. Huge frothy creamy foamy white head. Smell is citru and tropical, a bit light. Flavor is big and sweet, boozy, like a barleywine. The sweetness is intensely tropical. A sweet and boozy but decent ipa. Sammy (12205) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 14, 2013
fresh bottle olden colour, hop aroma. The taste is better as it warms, decent drinkability. Long finish. DuffMan (10434) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 12, 2014
Bottle, in trade from Sammy-- thanks! Dark orange with a golden head. Aroma is sweetly malty with citrus hops. Nice marmalade flavour, long bitterness. Yum!

12 oz bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet caramel malts, ample fruity character, quite a bit of oxidation that had me trying to determine the age of the bottle, stale toasted bread, the bitterness was very mild. I like my DIPAs to have a much more assertive hop profile. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 4, 2014
12oz bottle, thanks to umich03jm. Shared with alexsdad06. Totally hazy amber color. Thin off-white head. Decent, kind of loose bits of lace. Good orange citrus hop, some pine, light peachy tropical fruity aromas, maybe some pineapple. Tangerine. Light caramel, kind of biscuity malt. Bigger bitter taste, light sweet, light bit of alcohol warmth. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation, light dry finish. Better than expected. Pretty solid, balanced DIPA. arminjewell (9669) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JUL 26, 2015
Pour on tap at Crunchy’s, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, oxidized sugars, some orange, hints of earth, spice, grass, slight pine. Taste was a mix of orange, pine, grass into caramel, finishing slightly sweet, slightly boozy. czar (9076) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 11, 2014
pours cloudy golden orange with a creamy light beige-orange cap, good retention and lacing. caramel doughyness, lightly sour-ish red fruits - recd grapes, barley sugar, pine, diacetyls, eggs - sulfur, faint fruitiness - strawberries and sweet pumpkim meat - almot rotten ones, booze. moderately low carbonation, medium body - oily, sticky and sweet, harsh citrusy-spicy-piney finish. thick undrinkable barley sugar. harsh pine and butter. all but delicious.. b3shine (8874) - Indiana, USA - DEC 24, 2013
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; malty though. A hazy dark burnt orange with foamy off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; juicy and piney hops with a big sweet pale malt backbone. Tastes like it smells with more of a citrus than pine hop profile. Average on the palate (the abv shows a bit). Good, not great.
