DraftMaestro2 (12) - Whiteley, Hampshire, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 568ml bottle from Bitter Virtue. Another stonking great beer from Arbor. Shed loads of citrus and hops. Would never have guessed 6.4...

Hazy yellow gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy but a sharp minerally crispness. Light and fluffy malts, some light creamy sweetness. Piney hops, tangy lemon citrus - clean and bright and cuts through everything else. A crisp finish leaves a tangy lemony citric linger. Interesting and drinkable and an IPA, never a Wheat Ale!

568ml bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden with a huge white head, long lasting. Zesty citrus aroma, lemon peel, wheat, coriander. Taste is zesty citrus fruits, lemon, orange, mild peppery and coriander notes, wheat malt, moderate bitterness. Light body, average carbonation, little thin for the ABV but nice and refreshing.

Bottle from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Cherry Hinton Road. Light to mid-gold, hazy. Lots of visible carbonation but very little head. Sharp floral, peppery and woody hops. Some tropical fruit, ylang-ylang and a touch of spruce. Bittersweet, fruity taste with some gluey notes. A butterscotch sweetness is detectable in the finish. Very highly carbonated. A tasty wheat beer.

Keg at Aston Clinton Beer Festival 2017. Lovely hybrid beer. Lots of testy esters and then a nice bitter hop profile flavour.

Keg at RS HW, 07/07/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is peach, straw, tangerine, soft breads, light floral notes. Taste comprises tangerine, mandarin, peach melba, hop rasp, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse. Fine for the style if a touch sweet.

On tap at The Bottle Shop London. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Ester wheat beer aroma some soap some orange and grapefruit flavour. Reminds me of a Belgian wit. Rather tasty as long as you like that wit bier thing it does. Lovely hoppy fruity slightly bitter finish. Decent.
