Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
We pushed our small brewery right to the limit to create this bad boy. We selected half a dozen of our favourite American hops, grown in the Yakima Valley, Washington State, and added bucket loads of each. With twice the hop rate of most of our other beers, it really is very hoppy indeed.

568 ml (1 pint) bottle, from Ales By Mail. ABv is 7%. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity (citrus, tropical fruits) hops, also notes of pine and spruce. Fairly sweet flavour with some fruit, and distinct piney / resinous hops throughout. Bitter finish and aftertaste.

568ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with a one finger off-white head. Aroma: hoppy, resinous, citrus fruits, pine, malty, caramel. Taste: resinous, pine, citrus, tropical, good sweet malty base, caramel, marmaladey, bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Not the type of IPA I go for these days but very good nonetheless.

Bouteille 56.8cl, V&B Grenoble.

Amarezza composta. Carbonazione media. Finale amarognolo. Ipa non giovane che soffre l’età.

Pours murky amber with small white head. Medium carbonation. Aromas of bread, malt and bitter hops, perhaps bitter oranges. Taste is citrus hop and pine with a decent malt backbone and a touch of grapefruit, perhaps nectarine. Good mouth feel with a big bitter finish and slight alcohol burn
