Massive in every way, B-Craft delivers a complex bundle of flavors with citrus-hop aroma. Moving beyond the massive hop aroma, rich roasted malt flavors of coffee and chocolate move forward only to be checked by an impressive hop bitterness. Texture and flavor dance together so seamlessly that you may need to remind yourself that, while it drinks like a session, it delivers like an assassin.

tap. Deep brown/ near black with one finger head. Big roasty malt body with hops to match. Bitter finish. Pretty decent for the style.

Pours a dark reddish-brown with a 2-inch tan head. The initial nose suggests toasted grain, smokiness, and density. Medium full body with rich, smoky notes on the palate. Nice bitter lingering. Belgian lace. The ABV is not noticeable. Modest carbonation. Delicious. Would be excellent with grilled and smoked food. Will seek again.

The aroma of this brew is a combination of roasted malts, caramel malts, and floral hops that hits you in the face, and the appearance has a clear, very dark garnet color with a large, pillowy, off-white head, which is gorgeous. The taste is mildly bitter, mildly umami, and a touch sweet, and the palate fuses a medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, and a long finish that is merely an extension of the hearty, malty, and bitter taste.

Pours very dark, almost black. Thin off-white head that lasts the whole beer. No lacing at all. Aroma is dark-roast and sugary malt. Mouthfeel is creamy. A sort of astringent roast flavor. Not much in the way of hop aroma or flavor.

Big hoppy beer with a good balance of roast, not overdone.Well malted for drinkability. Black bodied with some head. Not the best, a little weak on mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown. Aroma is molasses, caramelized sugar and malt. Flavor is roasted grain and molasses with a mild hoppy finish. A nice dark double IPA.

draft, brown pour with a thin tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malts, slight hop. Flavor of slight roasted malt/ coffee, very little hop. Not well balanced, not much of a finsh or bite to it. Overall a decent brew, could use a little tweaking from the brewing.

Meh...a decent run of the mill black IPA. Nothing special here. Aroma was very nice. Strong green hops with a hint of roasted malt. Pour was a nice deep dark brown with a one finger tan head. Taste was a little bland, but was OK. Strong push and pull between the roasted malt and hops. Decent carbonation.

Practically black in color with a light brown colored head, this has an almost odd roasted malt character thats a little sweet, a little roasted, and a little hoppy. Its balanced, but theres still something odd about its aroma. In the mouth it seems very much like a dark strong ale. If you convince yourself that its not a double black, and rather just a straight up dark strong ale, this is actually a better beer. Now lets pretend this is a strong ale and get on with our lives. Its nice. Smooth, roasted, strong. You can really pick up the alcohol in this. Nice, and easy drinking for what it is.
