3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Decent caramel malts, with a bit of citrus hop backing it up. Pours a clear dark amber, with a thin white cap of head. Flavor starts off with caramel sweetness, just a hint of hop bitterness in the end. This is definitely more on the sweet side then I prefer my IIPA’s, but it’s still a very drinkable beer, with no alcohol noticeable in the finish.
Had this poured from tap at Arcadia taproom as part of a flight. Strong. Like rocket fuel. Juicy and hoppy, bitter finish. Boozy. Not bad. Just big rosskyle (755) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 26, 2017

Damn good tasting beer, aroma is slightly indifferent from the taste. Appearance is hazy burnt orange. Palate is full bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a great dipa, very smooth and drinkable. Must try. Gluepot (685) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 26, 2016
A nice malt and hop nose but a pretty thin taste profile. There is some hop bitterness, booziness and caramel malt with a touch of strawberry. Middle of the pack.

12 oz. bottle, consumed on 5-4-16. Fresh, citric aroma. Lemon and orange scents. Also peach and yellow plum (pitted fruit). Smells like a citric-flavored Toaster Strudel and dessert wine. Clear gold with some effervescence. Some haze in the final pour. Small amount of short-lasting, beige head. Simultaneously hoppy and malty. Sweet, malty taste: Marshmallow. Orange flavor; also tangerine and peach. Lightly bitter finish, but, overall, this beer is well on the sweet side for the style. It’s not cloyingly sweet, however. Medium to full body. Lively in the palate. Overall, underwhelming. Too sweet and inoffensive, like so many other IPAs today. Rating number 2001. JPDIPSO (6262) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAY 12, 2016
Originally listed as Arcadia Hop Rocket 11th Anniversary Ale. Lightly hazed light amber color. Small diminished head of off-white bubbles. Orange citrus, resinous nose. Light fruit also in the background and a hint of caramel. Full, not quite mouth coating feel. Light fruit in the front. Some caramel and pepper gradually work their way in. Citric, acidic and a bit overbearing at times. Stomach is warming. Sometimes stronger is not better. Lacks balance. 3/10

Disappointing Imperial. Strong melon palate made it intriguing to drink but lacked the hop character of an imperial nor the aroma you want.
On tap in Holland, MI.

Aroma is pine, hops and a hint of nail polish. The flavor is citrus, grapefruit, complex fruit, malts, tropical fruit and a mix of tart and bitter in the finish. SG111 (1973) - New York, USA - FEB 5, 2016
UPDATED: FEB 6, 2016 Bottled 12/17/15. Pours deep hazy orange, off white head. Aroma is tough to describe. Lemon, pine, some grapefruit, almost like a touch of bubblegum, a sweet almost toffee/sugar malt, slight dankness. Pretty nice. Flavor is burnt sugar, some residual sugar sweetness, again like this weird bubblegum note I get. Grapefruit, lemon, really like sugary, it?s sweet. Someild hop bitterness in the finish. Yea, residual sugar moreso in the finish, some booziness too. It?s good. Doesn?t blow my mind but it?s good.
