bottle. mild for an imperial IPA - kind of on the weak side. Still better than most beers. pretty good trapped (3367) - New York, TURKEY - DEC 17, 2014
Draught. Dark amber with small foamy beige head, floral hops aroma, medium carbonation, strong hops taste, long finish with hops aftertaste. Quite strong and sharp. rondphoto (4483) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - DEC 15, 2014
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy dark amber brown color, white head cover, streaks of lace. Nice malt aroma. Taste is strong dark caramel malt that becomes stronger and adds hops and alcohol on the swallow, hanging tough for a long time. Big, almost too much to relax and enjoy. Pours an amber color with a nice head. Aroma has some hops up front with some citrus and pine. There is citrus up front like grapefruit and melon but there is also some hop bitterness on the backend. Not a heavy DIPA but pretty good. TattooJack (518) - Illinois, USA - OCT 30, 2014
Poured from the bottle of a 4-pack to a pint glass, this is a good looking glass of beer. Smell is clean and is very easy drinking especially since it’s 8%. Would like to see it in a 6 pack.

Julie says it is yucky. Not a Julie beer filling her mouth with hops not a Julie beer. She gives a 0.5

Clear dark golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral and malty. Taste is floral and mild caramel
Kind of a coppery aftertaste. Other than that, a nice thick hoppy sweet brew. Alcohol content not too noticeable which is good. generallee08 (773) - New York, USA - SEP 24, 2014
There is a deep copper brown body with dark amber highlights and a light haze. Up on top it has a two finger thick foam head that slowly fades to a thin light beige covering. This covering hangs on well and makes lots a spotty lacing. I get a heavy and sweet malt with equal amounts of citrus hops. Notes of booze covered raisins with canned mandarin oranges and lemon zest mingle over a bed of grain. There is lots of lemon and lemon zest with orange like hop notes coming through rich sweet bready and grain flavored maltiness. Its abv is noticeable and warming. The finish has more herbal/leafy hop notes pushing in with a solid bitterness slowly fading from the tongue. It texture has a slightly slick feel with light carbonation.

pours hazy bright golden, red tint, with a creamy off-white head, good retention and lacing. citrus and pine - floor cleaner-like, grapefruit, melons, dill and mint - kind of awkward spicy notes, grass and weed, doughy and spicy fruitiness, dense and sweet - oranges too, booze - tingling. moderately carbonation, medium body - oily and a bit sticky, harsh spicy-citrusy-piney finish. blah.
