Julie says too much nutmeg and allspice there is a bit of a hop bitter bite not really a Julie beer. She gives a 2.0 Steve2256 (15) - Lathrup Village, Michigan, USA - OCT 25, 2014
I like this seasonal beer. My other fav is Dogfish Head Punkin. If you enjoy a pumpkin ale you should enjoy this flavor packed beer from the D. Clive and other seasonal spices are very prevalent. Enjoy. Cheers! - Steve

Lots of spices with tart like finish. Enjoyable but probably a little too overdone on the cinnamon. TheCaptMatey (213) - Ohio, USA - OCT 18, 2014
Poured a hazy amber colour with a thin head. Sweet and spicy aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Maybe notes of clove and pumpkin, but spices are fairly overwhelming. Taste is primarily malt with the cinnamon and ginger spice. A slightly bitter aftertaste ends this crisp medium brew that is easy to drink, yet disappointing for pumpkin seekers. dmac (6272) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - OCT 16, 2014
12oz bottle from Wine Academy. Poured a deep orange-amber with a rather small foamy light beige head. Aroma starts off with some sort of vomit-pumpkin mixture that is overrun by nutmeg and allspice. Body is medium to slightly fuller with strong tingly carbonation and an average to quicker fading, for the strength of the taste anyway, aftertaste. Flavor is all allspice and nutmeg up front, followed by some earth and candle. Meh.

Murky solid orange pour with dense but short offwhite head. Strong aroma of nutmeg and allspice, some cinnamon, sweet chai tea, faint hints of metallic noble hops too. Low carbonation, creamy mouthfeel, bitter but clean finish. Taste is similar to the aroma but stronger noble hop presence, noticeable ginger, yeast is present too and somewhat belgian, wheaty, banana. Well done but a bit sweet to call a favorite personally. malkyore (377) - - OCT 14, 2014
Best part is the aroma. Nutmeg and clove... It’s pretty spectacular. Like chain tea and Apple pie.... The taste is weird. Hoppy enough to have a refreshing bite with the spice taking a back seat... It’s like an oktoberfest mated with an apple pie and the confused offspring somehow became alcoholic... charule (2268) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 14, 2014
Bottle thanks to Tony. Poured clear amber with min head. Aroma full of spices. Light carb med bod. Similar taste to aroma. Over spices. Heavy handed GuamVice (72) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 10, 2014
From bottle. Pours light amber orange. Very little carbonation or head. Nice speaking spicy smell. More cider than pumpkin pie. The taste reflects the smell. Malty lite body upfront and then finishes very spicy with an apple tart finish.

Sample at Buckeye Beer Engine on 9/14/14. Clear amber pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, malt and allspice. Malty flavor with ginger, cinnamon and allspice before a slightly bitter hop finish.
