From Dec 2006
Poured from 12oz bottle(conditioned) a dark brown with a very large head of tannish foam. That eventually winds down to a solid layer and lots of lacing hugging the glass.
The smell is really nice. There's sweet malt and a fruitiness that I can't quite put my finger on but it goes well with the malt, for sure.
The taste on first sip...there's that fruitiness! Sour cherries, my palate yells out, and sweet and roasted malt. Dang. Further sips verify the fact that the flavours are working very well together and then there's a touch of bitterness along with a dash of alcohol in the finish. It's *quite* warming and pleasant. Good stuff!
PS: I haven't had that many Baltic Porters but this is quite a tasty example. I recommend it!
Thanks to Nutbrown for this sample!

Aroma is dark malts, cocoa/chocolate and fruit. The flavor is dark fruit, dark malts, slight tobacco and a tart/acidic/dryish finish. Luvystypotables (2099) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - JUL 11, 2016
A smokey malt and coffee aroma, pours a dark brown color without much of a head. A full bodied oily mouth feel with a taste of smoked malt and coffee. A slightly bitter coffee finish. ADfan (877) - Orange County, California, USA - JAN 17, 2016
In the glass it dark cocoa color with a medium head. Aroma of smoke, and some malts and a touch of cocoa. The taste is smooth with roasted malts, chocolate and some caramel. Not as thick as I thought. Good finish. bpreo (3011) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - DEC 20, 2015
An Imperial London Porter. So, okay, I guess that is a thing. Either way, good beer.

Bottle. Dark brown pour with almost no head. Dark roasted malt, burnt coffee and dark fruit in the aroma and taste. Excellent porter. mrjaxson (630) - .08 Junction, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 15, 2015
Excellent porter. Chocolate scented, thick and creamy, sweet and smoky finish. Dear Arcadia Management -- Please expand distribution network to Wisconsin. Enjoyed from a bottle. DavoleBomb (1867) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Poured into a perfect pint.
3.75 A: Black color. Two fingers of frothy light brown head. Retention is about average and a lot of lacing is left.
4.0 S: This smells mainly of tangy roastiness with smoky components. I’m not sure if this is a smoked beer or not, but it certainly seems that way. Aside from that, there’s plenty of chocolate with some caramel and molasses. I keep getting a whiff of pig, so I have to assume this is smoked. Smells good.
3.75 T: Taste is like the nose. Tangy roastiness, campfire and porcine smoke, chocolate. Underneath is caramel, molasses, and maybe a touch of dark fruits.
3.75 M: Medium to heavier medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Pleasant creaminess makes this go down quite smoothly.
3.75 D: Solid beer all around. No complaints.
