On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of grass notes with some light grain and just a hint of pine coming through. Flavor has bitter pine up front that mellows in to a grass and light grain finish. shrubber85 (11460) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - AUG 29, 2014

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, some diacetyl, hints of earth, slight spice. Taste was a mix of spice, yeast, touch of husky notes into butter, slight veggie, finishing bitter, spicy. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 26, 2013
12oz bottle, from Party Town. Date on bottle reads 4/22/13. Mostly hazy darker orange-copper color. Thin off-white head. Nice, thicker ropes of lace. Medium body. Smooth, more crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Impressive, tropical citrus apricot hop flavors. Lightly spicy hop. Bigger bitter taste. Tasty, but kind of spicier, more bitter ESB. czar (9172) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 8, 2014
pours clear and bright golden orange with a nice creamy off-white head, good retention and lacing. orange and spicy earthiness, lots of fruity esters - berries, caramel and butter - nutty sweetness and toasted and sweet sourbread, brown sugar, english yeast, taste translates fruits to sour and almost rotten fruits, some metal. moderately low carboantion, light body - oily yet the finish seems more watery, assertive grassy-herbal-earthy-grapefruity finish. i enjoy my esbs cleaner and lighter sugar-wise. still.. more than decent esb - say an american interpretation.. b3shine (8942) - Indiana, USA - MAY 20, 2014
Draft to taster at Arcadia in Kalamazoo. Looks good for the style; a transparent pale copper with foamy eggshell head. Smells mildly sweet and hoppy with a touch of grain. Tastes like it smells with mild fruity notes from the hops. Average on the palate. Not bad. drfabulous (8105) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 4, 2013
12 ounce bottle. Big orange pour. Malt and caramel. Slight sweetness. Well balanced hops. Slight fruit. Pretty nice.
