Bottle from Hopology, Nottingham. Hazy deep amber to brown colour with a thin off white head. Aroma malty bread, biscuit and tea. Taste dry to bitter finish. markas101 (2534) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - DEC 12, 2015
Bottle, Ann Arbor, MI via Plum Market. Hazy pale amber. Caramel biscuit aroma. Balanced hop malt flavour, bready, then a hopped caramel finsih. Ron (4266) - Rochester, New York, USA - NOV 3, 2015
Bottle after a run. Aroma of fruits and earthy woody English hops. A medium body and no detectable alcohol heat. Smooth and easy to drink but a bit heavier than I expected an ESB to be. Could not detect much hops in the flavor. BrownALEx (459) - Portland, Michigan, USA - OCT 25, 2015
Pretty solid beer, not too flashy. A good beer to have more than one of. Taste is good with a nice malt backbone mixed with earthy hops. Probably won’t seek this one but if I run into again I know it’s decent.
