Cask (backlog). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready, floral, a bit sulphury with some nectar to it as well. Flavour is rather similar in an ok balance.

27th May 2008. Smooth if dry ale. Lovely fruity profile - peach and orange. The lightest touch of malt. Very quaffable. chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2006
Cask (handpump), Lord Moon of the Mall (JDW), Whitehall. I have generally found Archers beers to be quite solid. Its just the sheer number of them that I find rather off-putting. This one is no exception. A clean and crisp pale golden ale, maybe with a touch of wheat. Citric tang and a decent hoppy bite on the finish. Nothing outstanding here but perfectly pleasant.

Cask Conditioned at Christian F, Odenseharrisoni (19336) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2006
Hazy blond color; nice head. The aroma is mild, with some hop and apples. Grassy malt flavor, strong bitterness, light vegetables touch, and sweet nuts and ashes at the end. It doesn’t seem to be in prime conditions.
Cask gravity at Red Lion, Snargate. I came to this pub to celebrate a little bit of history. As far as I am aware, the cause behind any petition I have ever signed, has failed. This one concerned the fact that South Central trains implemented a timetable which meant only the first and last trains of the day would stop at Appledore station, thereby making it more difficult for the public to access this National Inventory listed pub. Due to the weight of protest the train company has changed their timetable as of last week and trains once again stop at Appledore on a regular basis. This is a gold beer with thin white head. Sweetish aroma. Strong golden ale with some pear drop fruit hop. A bit more syrupy than Summer Lightning. Good enough but lacks the "I want another gulp-ability."
