On tap at restaurant. Clear yellowish straw with a quickly dissolving white head. Taste is sweet, fruity. Has a tad bit more bitterness than her ale counterpart La Matante. Felt like a regular pilsener to me.

Can - 473ml. Pale blond body with a fair white frothy head. Fresh but rather thin malty/hoppy aroma with some herbal hints. Decent hoppy taste with malty notes. Ends with a good bitter/herbal finish. Not bad.

Aroma: hazed orange grey with large rather strong lived top. Decent lace.<good malt profile. Aromatic hop, slightly dusty back end. Clean but tad too sweet. 6+.
Appearance: proper deep golden look, clear. Top was rather thin, white lighter fizz.2+
Body/Flavour/Palate: Frontal slight tartness, mid light in body. Light hop notes that were bit understated for Pilsener. Why this brew is so tart? Lacking crispness and freshness that is basics for this style. Failed.

500ml can from Grand Duc and on tap at brewery.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with small head.
Aroma : Nice malt and citrusy hops with grainy notes and light honey.
Taste : Nice malt with citrusy hops and grain. Finish grainy with light citrusy notes. Faint bitterness. Nice herbal notes on finish.
Overall : Fairly good. Tap was much better than that. I guess the grainy notes don’t come out that much when it’s fresh. Tap was also much more maltier. Feels like that basics are there but it would still need a little work to get truly good. Tap would be more around 3.5 and can 3.2 so I avg to 3.3.

Enjoyed this one with my bandmates at Joe Smoked Meat in Quebec City (right before one of our shows). Poured a light golden colour with a big white head, decent retention and lightly carbonated. Not much aroma... maybe a bit of bread. Watery mouthfeel, but is quite refreshing. Good fresh grain taste with mild sweetness, but not much bitterness. Overall, decent mild micro pilsner.

Pours with a nice bright yellow pilsner body but a thin and weak head on top. Aroma is soft grains and nothing else. Flavour is smooth lemon with grain notes, leaving a wet finish. Nothing special.
