Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - OCT 2, 2016
Bright dark straw color with moderate activity. Foamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with poor legs. Flavors of sweet grains, caramel, corn, faint lemon and noble spices. Very sugary, low bitterness. Slick and smooth full body with extra prickly carbonation. Feels a little adjunct and too syrupy. Light finish that ends with tons of sweetness and faint grassiness. Overall bad quality stuff. Way too accessible. Poorly flavored, too much corn. The freshness is alright. Not much of a pilsener.

Daytona00 (159) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 23, 2016
Light gold color. Foamy head that disappeared quickly. Very clean taste. Tastier than the standard macro products. Good pils. Will drink again.

Harmosly (59) - Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 2, 2016
Bière en cannette, 473 ml. Belle robe jaune, le goût début de la gorgée est correct. Se termine par contre avec trop d’amertume à min goût.

Spab (3791) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2016
473 ml can from Trois Rivieres IGA. Pours a clear golden colour with average white head. Aroma is cereals, light fruit and grass. Flavour is honeyed grains, a bit of lemony fruitiness and a mellow grassy hoppiness. Average body. Ok.

Jaune pâle avec très peu de mousse Les céréales dans le goût et l’arôme, du malt pilsen et un peu d’houblon florale.

ametras (1583) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 13, 2015
473ml can. Clear yellow with a frothy white head. Flavors are pale cereals, lemon zest, honey and grass with spicy and mineral notes. Light to medium body, good carbonation, smooth texture.

Whatup14 (1979) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 8, 2015
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2015 En fût à l’aéroport. Couleur paille translucide, mousse blanche laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon herbal, malt, céréales. Goût de houblon herbal, malt, légère amertume. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Stephane_Houle (229) - - MAY 26, 2015
Fiche technique Style: Pilsener Format: 473 ml Taux d?alcool : 4,8%

On draught at Trudeau Airport, 4/18/15
Small white head fades to cover atop a clear, blonde body.
Light hoppiness in the nose shows not much more than a dusting of pepper and dry hay. Some bitter notes are consumed by a slightly unsettling vanilla-cream-like sugar note. Somewhat strange, almost waxy, not sure what it is (partial grain brewing? Don’t know). Other than that, it’s wholly inoffensive with no alcohol and no DMS/diacetyl.
The flavor is very wet, watery, extremely lightly hopped (again, just some very light herbs, minimal peppery bitterness) with loose carbonation and a rather lifeless feel to it. Sugars are much too high, resulting in a not very refreshing beverage with more of that weird vanilla-waxiness. Probably not as bad as I’m making it sound, but I didn’t stay for a second....Based on the ratings, looks like I should have started with the L’insoumise, but it takes a deeply disturbed individual to pick the English Pale ale as their first beer at a brewery.

Beaucoup trop limpide, gout pratiquement absent, meme comme premiere biere .
