can brought home from Quebec A bit clear for a wheat beer quite refreshing though. Overall very nice light bits of all the usual citrus wheat coriander etc Not the best but @ 4.3 ABV a great light tasty beer

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - OCT 2, 2016
Cloudy straw color with moderate activity. Extra foamy 3 finger white head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, making a good amount of lacing. Flavors of lemon, coriander, sweet grains, faint corn and noble spices. Sugary feel, low sharpness. Thick oily full body with prickly carbonation. Light finish that lingers feels of citrus, faint clove and yeast. Overall a little above average quality stuff. The flavors are decent, but way too faint, and needs more zest. The body is too oily, a little flat, and lacking some freshness.

Pours a clear golden color with a sticky white head. Nose of oranges, citrus, coriander, tangerine. Taste is medium sweetness. No real bitter finish. Body is medium a bit watery. Medium carbonation. It’s alright for a lighter beer.

473 ml can from Trois Rivieres IGA. Pours a lightly cloudy golden straw colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma is fruity with lemon and peach as well as some light wheat. Flavour has lemon drop, sweet peach, wheat and a light coriander note. Refreshing.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2016 473ml can. Pours a mildly hazy golden yellow with a half finger of white head. Aroma has notes of lemon, orange citrus, Belgian yeast, candy sugar, spice, and faint candy sugar. Taste is balanced with spice, candy sugar, lemon drops, citrus, grass, and slight floral. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth with a dry finish. Overall very refreshing. Lemon drops, citrus, spice, candy sugar, and mild grassy/floral.

Cannette. Has a slight haze with a yellow white colour amd almost no head. Muted aroma with a slight yeasty and Estery note but not much else. Light body and flavour. Has a metallic bite to it as well. Not good.

HippyHop (656) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 20, 2015
Pour is cloudy straw with a small, short-lived white cap. Nose is pale grain, lemon, wheat, and a big pleasant whiff of peach blossom. Taste is mostly grainy malt, faint lemon, faint sour wheat, that fruity, floral peach blossom again, and a fair amount of water. (The rating below that makes mention of "peach yogurt" is right on the mark.) I wish this stuff weren’t so watery because it’s refreshing as hell. I’m not much of a wit fan and yet this is my favourite beer from these guys (what you might call ’damning with faint praise’).

Fiche technique Style: Witbier Format: 473 ml Taux d?alcool : 4,2%
