Pours a very clear and very pale yellow with some very faint legs. Nose is of alcohol. Nose is of very light tart apples, white wine and alcohol. Some crisp apple skin appear at a later stage, too. Taste is really dry and strangely bitter, must be from the alcohol. A bit hot indeed, what ABV is this? No real taste, just some lightly acidic alcoholic water... OK, OK, some apples. Burning alcoholic finish. Body is light and mouthfeel just watery. No. czar (9613) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 10, 2016
sample. clear extra pale yellow pour with some legs. fresh über-clean red apples, light acidity - citrus; rough and astringent skin, burning booze - cheap eau-de-vie; hint of sweetness - apple sauce and white grapes; clean yeast. flat carbonation, medium body - oily; burning hot, astringent and tart-ish ginger-y finish. obvious white wine character but almost everything here is unrefined.
4 oz sample from bottle. Thanks to SlovakSniper for this one! Clear pale green-ish yellow leaving scarce legs on the glass. Aroma is of white grapes, mild McIntosh apples notes and hints of lemon. Taste is moderately sweet with a moderate to medium acidity, enough to cut the sweetness quite a bit, white grapes, McIntosh apples and mild spiciness. Medium body. Still. Winey mouthfeel. White grapes finish with a nice alcohol warmth at the end of the sip. It’s not bad, in fact it’s rather well executed for what it is but it fall in the infamous category of ciders where it’s too heavy and high in alcohol to be refreshing / drinkable aplenty and not complex enough to replace white wine. I just don’t see many - if any - occasions where I would like to drink a glass of this. barncatmatt (2355) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 29, 2009
750 ml bottle from archibalds. shared with jessem. ok the pour on this is ugly. its flat and clear light green. my 2 year old daughter thought its was water and then was mad i wouldnt share with her. does have some nice legs which bumps it from a 1 to a 2 in appearance. aroma of tart mac apple. flavour of mac apple, lemon, dry white wine, apple pie spice. its really quite downable all things considering. this is the type of beverage that could get you drunk real quick.

750mL bottle shared at matt7215’s place, his bottle, thanks Matt! This baby pours a very pale yellowish green with some sexy legs. The aroma is nice, green apple with no hint of booze, but a weird sort of hand-creamy chemical aspect that is somehow not at all bad. The flavour is hella drinkable for something with legs (sexual innuendo only somewhat intended). I got lots of puckering apple juice upfront met with a slightly spicy finish all riding on a palate of thick full legs (see what I did there?). Booze is only noticeable on the pleasant warming sensation down the throat. A very nice cider that is perhaps too inspiring for bad sexual innuendo. Thighs n’ ass. Legs. In my snifter. This stuff does something to you. mabel (10004) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2008

2008-05-04. Pale yellow body, headless. Mild fruity apple aroma is identifiable as MacIntosh, sweet pleasant fruit. Flavour is similar, mild sweet Macintosh apple, light tart apple notes. Average bodied palate. Pleasant, mildly flavoured sweet cider. Sampled at the Winery.
