Bottle opened at CBC Clerkenwell 2nd B’Day Extravaganza. Does it say anywhere it’s brewed with apricots? It certainly looks, smells and tastes like an apricot bomb. Pour is deep orange with large fine white head. Aroma is fruity, belgian yeast and ripe apricots. Violets. Taste is mildly sweet with some light herbal notes and apricots at the centre of the scene. Body is medium and well carbonated. I liked it quite a lot and found it to be a great complement to sour beers.

A conseiller !
