Craft Clerkenwell 2nd Birthday Bonanza! Don’t know who brought this - but cheers! Scrawl rating! Light haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Light palate. Belgian fruitiness. Light dry finish. Decent.

Bottle. Hazy deep golden color, small bright white head. Aroma of funky and peppery bread dough with light spice. Taste is sweet, funky, malty, peppery barnyard hay. Nice.

75cl bouteille @ RBBWG III, thanks Beerlover_Ben.

Small dirty-beige head over red-brown hazy beer. Leafy-earthy nose, not rich but complex; autumn leaves and chestnuts. Some hidden, but very noble and enriching hops. Earthy again, brown leaves, soyamilk, and again "dark" hosp. Medium bodied, medium carbonated, but refreshing and giving a ’nourishing’ impression. Authentic recipe or not, again a masterpiece by the Jandrain-Jandrenouille gang. Probably the best new Walloon brewer.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2014. Courtesy of & thx! to Beerlover_Ben. Hazy amber, white head. Nose is sweet oranges, very sugary, caramel & lots of candy, lovely. Tastes of sweet oranges, sugar, caramel, toffee, quite sweet, light fruits & lots of candy. m/m body. Quite liked it, simple but candy-like, I can definitely dig that.

18/I/14 - 75cl bottle @ RBBWG III, my place - BB: n/a (2014-70) Thanks to Beerlover_Ben for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy deep orange beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, orange peel, some banana, soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, bitter touch, floral, lots of orange peel, some bitter hops, coriander. Aftertaste: lots of coriander, orange peel, floral notes, rose petals, Turkish delight, little hoppy. Unoriginal, but a solid complex enough beer.

750 ml bottle. Pours a golden colour with a white thick head. Aroma of sweet apricot marmalade, some floral notes and grains. Sweet flavour of caramel, apricot, floral hops, sugar, pear drops, graininess and pale malts. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. Sweet and juicy, but annoyingly sugary.
