Bottle at Shelton Fest VIP bottle share. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head. The aroma is strong cherry skin, grape, oak, funk. Thin body, tart cherry, funk, oak, light acidity, very good.

Sample at Arclight on 4/1/17. Clear red pour with a medium pink head. Aroma of cherry, tartness, sourness and funk. Malty flavor with big cherry character before a sour finish. Somewhere between Wisconsin Belgian Red and Cantillon Kriek. Very nice.

Draft to snifter at Arclight. Looks good; a vety hazy cherry with light pink head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes tart, funky, and oaky with a nice cherry backbone. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and pleasantly acidic. Delicious.

Draft to snifter at Arclight. Looks good; a very cloudy plum-flesh cherry with very light pink head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells good too; tart and funky with a nice cherry presence. Tastes like it smells with a puckeringly pleasant mouthfeel. Some oak and a bit of a vinous presence from the wine barrel. Great stuff!

Sampled from 750ml bottle shared by deyholla. Pours a hazy deep red colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that leaves behind a film top and white ring. Aroma of cherries, a hint of golden grain malt, and some light wheat. Taste is medium bodied, plenty of carbonation with lots of lightly tart cherries, some toasted wheat and floral hops. Finish continues the cherry character that slowly disappears. Reminds me of New Glarus Belgian Red.

Really nice clear deep red pour. Super cherry juice that is slightly alcoholic and medium tartness. Fun, reminds me of Belgian Red.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep reddish amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sour cherry with a good amount of earthy sweet grains. Flavor has sour cherry throughout with a bit of oak supporting.
